Scaffolding program
Before becoming part of the RNDV scaffolding team, new employees are trained in the Training Center, where they become familiar with our quality and work safety standards and site specifications. We prepare training programs based on customer requirements.
Scaffolding Training Program
The scaffolder training program covers a wide range of knowledge needed to successfully and safely implement scaffolding. Our qualified instructors ensure that the teams of employees are ready to work with specific objects, know their characteristics and the expressed expectations of the client. Tasks are prepared according to the requirements of our customers. Each employee receives a category rating before their strengths and weaknesses are explained in detail.
The training program consists of:
- Knowledge of materials and their use
- Scaffolding works, including installation and dismantling
- Help with maintaining your VCA certification
- Going to work at the facility after the course, where knowledge is further deepened, and more practice is gained
Duration of training: 2 weeks.
8 hours theoretical and 72 hours practical learning
Scaffolder training
After the first training in insulation and tinning, our employees are invited to periodically improve their qualifications at the RNDV Training Center. This process consists of two parts: first of all, we evaluate the feedback of the customers and team leaders, and then we initiate the arrival of the RNDV employee to the Training Center, where the instructors evaluate his abilities in performing theoretical and practical tasks. Once a positive evaluation is received, you can expect a qualification category increase and a higher hourly salary.
Scaffolding Training Program Instructors
Before becoming an instructor, Ignas held the position of a scaffolder in the RNDV group of companies. As he states, this work is attractive because it is non-monotonous and develops the imagination because the scaffolding presented in the drawing has to be realized during construction. Seeing Ignas’ dedication to work and desire to pass on his knowledge to others, we invited him to become an instructor at the RNDV Training Center. Ignas perfectly combines his previous experience with the responsibilities of an instructor. He communicates closely with students and ensures they are ready to start work smoothly and with all the necessary knowledge.
