Since I was familiar with shipbuilding projects, getting started in my new job was relatively easy. Before leaving for the facility, I spent two weeks in Klaipėda at the RNDV office. While there, I got to know my colleagues and received quite a lot of theoretical information about work organization procedures, procedures, etc. I was in a positive mood and quite surprised by the good team, the communication culture, and the connection between colleagues – I realized that I was in the “west”.
